About Me
Hi, I’m Jennifer Stone.
I’m an aspiring instructional designer and e-learning developer from Texas.
Growing up you could always find me carrying around one of the following: a pencil and my sketchbook or a book. I’ve always enjoyed the act of creating—whether I’m sketching or lesson planning—and exploring new people and places—real and imaginary. But, I also love helping others—there’s something so amazing about being able to meet someone else’s needs and nurturing their growth.
When I stumbled upon instructional design, I quickly discover that it’s the perfect combination of all the things I cared about: design + learning + helping others. Learning experiences should be a more about just passing on information, it should be learner-focused, yet beautifully designed which is what I strive to do as an instructional designer.
When not working, you can find me with my head in book, artmaking, or spending time with family and friends.
